The Founders

  Elina Rosado is the Founding Member, and currently serving as the President of Yanapaway. Elina is a self-driven and passionate individual with a love for her family and for helping others. She has a rich background, including raising her four daughters as a full-time mom and managing a restaurant for two years. Born in Peru, Elina grew up in Ica-Peru until she was 25 years old and migrated to the US in 2002 in search of better opportunities. Elina has a Certification in English as Second Language from Certification in English as Second Language (2005), and then went on to complete her Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Vascular Technology, and Echography in 2022 from the Cure Center in White Plains, NY. Elina currently lives in NY with her family. In her free time, Elina enjoys dancing, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. She has a great passion for traveling and learning about different cultures so she would love to use her spare time to raise money for social services and ensure that the help goes directly to those who need it. Her team's focus is to bring help directly to those who actually need it and ensure that their efforts are worth it. Her real story begins in 2002 when her homeland Peru was going through a tough financial period, so she decided to move to the United States in pursuit of a better future. This difficult period helped her to realize that life is not a bed of roses at all, so we always need help from each other at various stages of our lives. When she was able to settle in the U.S. and has the resources to live a better life, she collaborated with other core team members to start the noble cause of helping people in need, and this is how the idea of Yanapaway came to reality.

Eveling is a passionate caregiver who has dedicated her life to helping others. She was born and raised in Ica, Peru, and at the age of 20, she made the brave decision to come to the United States of America in search of a better life. Since then, she has worked tirelessly, holding several jobs at once to support her family back in Peru. Eveling has worked in gastronomy and retail, but it was working with children that stole her heart. For many years, she worked as both a live-in and live-out nanny for several families, helping to raise several sets of siblings. Her experience as a mother of two boys, 21 and 3, has taught her the importance of leading by example and working smart to achieve your goals.

Eveling is passionate about serving others and believes that it is one of the most rewarding paths to success. She enjoys community activities and loves spending time with her family and dog, hiking, and going to the beach. She is also an avid traveler and has a keen interest in cooking. She is also very good with the Montessori education skills and experience, a wonderful method of education that is based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play. If she had all the time and money in the world, Eveling's focus would be on philanthropy. She dreams of helping those in need by providing housing, healthcare, education, and senior living centers. Eveling's ultimate goal is to empower people to help themselves, and she wants to start a program for college students who want to study abroad but don't have the means to do so. By linking them up with families abroad, she hopes to provide better opportunities for students to further their education and achieve their dreams. Eveling currently resides in Greenwich, CT, and her life's journey has taught her that blessings come in many disguises and often when you least expect them.

Nadir Poma is one of our founding members and handling the critical responsibility of Chief Financial officer at Yanapaway. She is a multi-talented individual with a passion for helping others in whatever capacity she can. With a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene, Nadir has been working as a dental hygienist for over 12 years. In 2019, Nadir obtained a real estate license and has been helping clients buy and sell properties while continuing to practice as a dental hygienist. Nadir grew up in Ica-Peru and migrated to the U.S. 24 years ago and has lived in New York since then. She values fairness and helping those in need, and considers herself a positive and outgoing person. That’s why she has been part of volunteering efforts in the past with other nonprofit organizations. This volunteer work allowed her to reflect upon the empathetic and kind behavior that she has toward society and people. This was the time when she realized that people all around the world need a lot of support from those, who are blessed with some better means of life. So, she joined Yanapaway and has been part of it since 2017, when they worked together to help people in Peru, affected by heavy rains and floods. Nadir is a friendly and positive person, who likes to stay as positive about life, as possible. In his free time, Nadir loves spending time with her family, exercising, gardening, and riding her bicycle. She strongly feels that if she had more free time, then she would have dedicated all her time to helping people in need, including educating them on real estate and providing programs that empower and help people succeed in any given capacity. Nadir's most important priority is her family, including her newborn Liam, and her lovely dogs.

Miłosz is an individual who embodies the true spirit of perseverance and hard work in both his personal and professional career. Born in Poland, he arrived in the United States at the age of 12 in 1995. His parents, who worked tirelessly to provide a better life for their children, instilled in him and his brother a strong work ethic that has stayed with them throughout their lives. Miłosz's father, who worked as a car mechanic, encouraged him to pursue a career that involved using his head instead of his hands. His passion for computers led him to the IT field, where he has built a successful career. He completed his Bachelor in Computer Science and Business from University at Albany, SUNY (NY) in 2005. He has also done professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Server 2012 R2, Datto Certified Advanced Technician (DCAT), etc. 

Miłosz’s commitment to empowering others and helping them become a better version of themselves brings him great satisfaction. That’s why, he is a firm believer in celebrating our differences and using them to bring us together instead of tearing us apart. He respects everyone's beliefs and ideas, and he keeps an open mind. He also enjoys learning about and experiencing new cultures, which has broadened his understanding of the world and made him appreciate its unique and beautiful qualities. Miłosz understands that, ultimately, we all want the same thing - to live a happy and fulfilling life. He believes that working together towards this goal is the best way to achieve it. His story is a testament to the power of hard work, determination, and the belief that we can create a better future for ourselves and those around us. In pursuit of completing this mission, he joined hands with the founders of Yanapaway and is giving his time and expertise in every possible capacity.

  Mohsin is a dynamic and dedicated professional who was born and raised in Pakistan, he currently resides in the bustling city of Lahore (Pakistan). With a Master's degree in Mass Communication from the University of Sargodha (Pak), Mohsin brings a wealth of experience to his role as a professional because he has a diversified work experience from different companies. He has worked as a reporter for a news television in Islamabad and served outsourced clients at Telenor Pakistan) from Malaysia. In 2014, Mohsin joined the field of content writing and marketing. Over the years, Mohsin has honed his skills in this field, becoming an expert with a great set of skills and expertise. As a resident of a developing country like Pakistan, Mohsin is acutely aware of the challenges faced by people all over the world who struggle with poverty and lack of access to basic necessities of life like food, education, health care, etc. With a passion for making a positive impact on the world, Mohsin has joined Yanapaway to help bring a real change to those in need and make the world a better place to live for all
